Opinion Poll About Header & Avatar The silhouettes, animals, objects, world map and monuments at the header image of this website represent various interesting things that anyone could come across. As for the avatar, again the three monuments represent the world as one; the center one being "Dharahara" of Kathmandu, Nepal. Others are "Statue of Liberty" of New York, USA and "Eiffel Tower" of Paris, France. For feedbacks, drop by at nepalsites@gmail.com |

Nepali Sites.juss bean bizy wid mai stoff latelee... (i love this kinda language!)care for an all nepali site? newsofnepal.com is the first site i can think of. it features all the latest updated news from nepal maintained by Kamana Prakashan Samuha which also runs daily newspaperes (nepal samacharpatra and mahanagar) & few other monthly magazines. the site requires nepali font (which can be downloaded from the site itself) . the site has a very average layout (might be better in days to come) ![]() ok, let's give a big round of applause for this next person by the name of pushkar shah, who's on a mission of world tour with a message of peace & hope for the country & the world since 1998. ironically, the country & the world has seen the worst days in history against peace. but let's keep the hope alive... the site lists his autobiography on visits to the various countries in the past few years. there's even this 'where's pushkar' section to follow him! Hats off to this guy. ![]() bai da wey eye waz juss thinkin hau eat wood bee eaf aal da pipul wud bee goin on a wold tur juss laik dat! wow... Sunday, September 18, 2005

Saying The Right Thing A man wakes up at home with a huge hangover. He forces himself to open his eyes, and the first thing he sees is a couple of aspirins and a glass of water on the side table. He sits down and sees his clothing in front of him, all clean and pressed. He looks around the room and sees that it is in perfect order, spotless, clean. So is the rest of the house. He takes the aspirins and notices a note on the table. "Honey, breakfast is on the stove, I left early to go shopping. Love you!" So he goes to the kitchen and sure enough there is a hot breakfast and the morning newspaper. His son is also at the table, eating. The man asks, "Son, what happened last night?" His son says, "Well, you came home around 3 AM, drunk and delirious. Broke some furniture, puked in the hallway, and gave yourself a black eye when you stumbled into the door." Confused, the man asks, "So, why is everything in order and so clean, and breakfast is on the table waiting for me?" His son replies, "Oh, that! Mom dragged you to the bedroom, and when she tried to take your pants off, you said, "Lady leave me alone! I'm married!" So nothing much for drinks in nepal. i hovever came across this site for food in nepal http://www.food-nepal.com/ ![]() Labels: Society Thursday, September 15, 2005
